Agreement

By using this website or our services, you agree to these terms. "Virtual Direction," "we," and "us" refer to Virtual Direction, a ministry service business based in Pennsylvania.

Our services

We offer website, social media, communication, content, local visibility, church directory, and speaker network services for churches and nonprofits. The specific scope, deliverables, and price of any service are described on this website or in a written quote or agreement with you.

Quotes, billing and setup fees

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Subscription services are billed monthly in advance. Some services include a one-time setup fee, which is due before work begins and is non-refundable once work has started. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice. Late or failed payments may pause your services.

Cancellation

You may cancel a monthly service at any time by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not issue partial-month refunds. We may suspend or end services for non-payment or misuse.

Your content and photos

You are responsible for the content you give us, including text, logos, photos, and videos, and you confirm you have the right to use it and that it does not violate anyone's rights. You keep ownership of your content and give us permission to use it to provide your services. You are responsible for getting any needed consent from people shown in photos or videos, especially minors.

Directory listings

Directory listings are provided as a free or paid community resource. We may review, edit, decline, or remove any listing. Churches are responsible for keeping their listing accurate. A listing is not an endorsement.

Speaker network

We help connect churches with speakers, and speakers complete a vetting questionnaire and review before being listed. However, we do not employ speakers and do not guarantee any speaker's availability, message, conduct, or fit for your event. Churches and speakers make their own arrangements, including honorariums and travel, and are responsible for their own decisions.

Limitation of liability

Our website and services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Virtual Direction is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost data, or lost donations or revenue, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim. We are not responsible for outages or changes by third-party platforms such as Wix, Facebook, TikTok, X, or payment processors.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
